Returns Policy And Process

ITEMS RETURNED TO US THAT CAN BE USED TOWARDS FUTURE PURCHASES

Returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a MIAMILDN gift card. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.

You will not receive credit for any non-eligible items returned.

In order to receive store credit you must return your item in the original packaging and condition in which it was purchased. This must be done within 72 hours for all orders within Nigeria and 10 days for all international orders.

How Do I return?

To return your product, you should mail your product to: MIAMI LDN The Lennox Mall, 2nd Floor, Admiralty Way, Lekki Phase 1, Lagos Nigeria..

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

  • Send an Email to info@miamildn.com or support@miamildn.com and state the condition of yourΒ  item.
  • Send the picture of the item (s) you want to return.

You”ll get a response from us on how to pickup or drop off your returned item (s).

What can I return?

  • Items must not have been worn, with odour or damaged and must be in original packaging
  • Items must have all tags and security ribbons attached & untouched

If we do receive goods that do not adhere to the former store credit will NOT be issued. And as faulty goods returned to the warehouse are usually disposed of, we will also not be able to return the item to the customer.

I have returned my item what next?

Once we have received your returns please allow up to 14 – 30 days for storeΒ  to be issued. This will be in the amount paid for the returned good excluding shipping. Once issued the credit can be used immediately on both sale and full priced items.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@miamildn.com and send your item to: MIAMI LDN The Lennox Mall, 2nd Floor, Admiralty Way, Lekki Phase 1, Lagos Nigeria.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
