HOW LONG DOES WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO PROCESS?
UK, USA orders are collected by our courier within 3 – 5 working daysΒ and estimated Delivery Timeline is 5 – 7 Working Days (Additional charges apply above 2kg).
Every other Part of the World is 7 – 10 Days (Same price and same weight).
Orders are processed throughout each working day (Monday- Friday), excluding weekends and bank holidays. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?
WILL I HAVE TO PAY INTERNATIONAL TAXES OR CUSTOMS CHARGES?
Unfortunately, International taxes and custom charges are out of our control and you may be required to pay sales tax and or duty/Customs charges depending on your location. If you have concerns regarding applicable customs charges to your country or state, we advise you to contact your local customs office to find out what fees may be relevant to you. Taxes and customs charges are not the responsibility of Miamildn Brand and are not included in the total of the order or shipping cost and are not responsible for any additional taxes or charges that may occur during the journey of your order.

I HAVE PUT IN THE INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION AND NEED TO CHANGE IT?
If you need to change your delivery address after your order has been placed prior to your order being shipped, please Contact us with your Name, Order Number and the new full shipping address, and we should be able to help you provided the order has not yet been processed and shipped
If a change of address is made directly with our courier service, Miamildn Brand will not be held responsible for lost or undelivered goods.
If an error such as an incomplete address is made during the input of your order in the checkout process. International orders in the circumstance of a parcel requiring to be re-shipped.
I BELIEVE MY PARCEL IS LOST?
Shipping charges on all orders for both UK and International countries is non-refundable. Miamildn Brand cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen parcels during transit, nor is Miamildn Brand responsible for any parcel delays outside of the advised time frames. Please inform us within 10 days of dispatch if there is a delay.
